Fri. 04.25.08

Today is a rather difficult day for me. It is also a difficult day for my sisters, Shannon and Shelby… and anyone who knew and loved our mother. 10 years ago today, my “Momma” passed away. It’s an extremely sensitive topic and no matter how many years go by, the sting of April 25th still continues to burn.
One of the best ways I’ve found gets me through moments like this are funny memories. “Saturday Night Fever” was a favorite of my moms and I strongly feel that wherever she is right now… if she can see this… then she would totally crack up.
Miss and love you, Momma…
